Bonus Episode: Just Between Us (two)

Nicole and Keli candidly discuss the emotional toll that self-quarantine has taken on them at times during the weeks of the Coronvirus Pandemic. This is the bonus episode that was discussed during Episode Six.

Both ladies began social distancing, self-quarantine and now sheltering in place on March 12th. They discuss how much their mental and emotional state has changed during that two weeks, and how they can try to better cope.

Additionally, everyone in the Improperly Forward family expresses their love, concern and appreciation for those who are sacrificing and risking themselves daily for our health and well-being.

The Rona Part Two: Coronavirus update- the emotional aspects of sheltering in place

Keli and Nicole talk about how the Coronavirus precautions are affecting them emotionally. Each of the ladies has had an tumultuous time since social distancing began and in the past week since the show last aired, and they discuss all of it.
Keli discusses the reality of emotionally distancing from her parents a few years ago, and how that mourning is surfacing during this time of uncertainty.
Nicole shares how her typically fun-loving nature has struggled through how to parent and support her family in an unprecedented time.

"The Rona:" All things Coronavirus - anxiety, quarantine, faith, and the future

This extended length episode explores how the current Coronavirus pandemic is affecting the average American family.

• Keli and Nicole discuss how their children are reacting to current social distancing and self-quarantine situations, including how having an anxiety disorder heightens that experience for Keli's kids, and how they are teaching their kids to see beyond themselves.
• They also discuss the potential economic impact in each of their communities and households and their concerns for the future.
• Both ladies discuss the role of their faith and how they are maintaining a positive outlook during a fearful time.

While this is a serious topic and episode, the ladies use their sense of humor to keep things light and encouraging.

This Bonus Episode catches the ladies chatting before the recording begins. Keli and Nicole candidly talk in an uncensored and unstructured manner about what's going on in their lives. Topics include the struggles of sex when your brain is not there, managing high needs kids when you just need a break, and mom guilt. Nicole also talks about her dad's surprise 60th birthday party, and the show's new mascot makes a cameo appearance. This format has quickly become a listener favorite.

Keli and Nicole try to take the rest of the damn icebreaker quiz, but get bored move on with life.
